Building Leaders Across Continents (BLAC) is a dynamic and prospective humanitarian non-governmental organization with a primary goal of fostering the development of youth leaders globally. BLAC is committed to uniting young minds from diverse backgrounds through a range of initiatives in social, cultural, technological, entrepreneurial, and environmental programs. REGISTER

We welcome the active involvement of young individuals from around the globe in the various programs offered by the Building Leaders Across Continents (BLAC).

International delegations are open to participants within the age range of 16 to 35 years.

All youth, including college/university students, senior high school students, graduates, individuals affiliated with international organizations/institutions and companies, as well as entrepreneurs, are eligible to attend. High school students aged 16 years and above can also participate as delegates in special programs, provided they present a letter of consent from parents or guardians and/or school authorities.
